At VektroPack, we strive to make our customer online experience as streamlined as possible.

We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of the product content within our website when making a fully informed purchase. Alternatively, our customers can always contact us directly for further information regarding any of our products. If you have any doubt with our products, we will be more than happy to provide you with some samples to test before you make any purchase.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the products which you received were different from your order, or in the case of defective or damaged goods, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

If you have discrepancy with your purchase, kindly contact VektroPack prior to returning your goods. Defective or damaged goods cannot be returned without prior approval from VektroPack, and the goods should be returned to VektroPack within 5 days upon receipt/receival of goods.

The returned goods must be in brand new packaging and in an unused condition. Goods which have been opened/ used will not be accepted. Please allow us 14 days to inspect the returned goods. Once the goods are inspected and approved, we will credit it into your VektroPack account to be offset for your next purchase.

Please be informed that the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for all costs associated with returning the goods back to VektroPack. Handling fees may apply.
